Why n8n is your better choice
n8n is an open-source platform for workflow automation — comparable to Zapier or Make.com, but with one key difference: You can host it yourself. On a server in Germany, with full control over your data and without the license price suddenly exploding.
In concrete terms, this means that you connect your tools — CRM, email, accounting, databases, AI models — to workflows via visual nodes. What has to go in flows out. With logic, branches, and error handling in between.
n8n is particularly attractive for SMEs because:

- Fair license: Even in the hosted cloud version, you pay per workflow execution, not per task as with Zapier

In practice, we decide together with you. If you want to process sensitive data or control license costs, it usually boils down to n8n self-hosted. If you want to quickly juggle many different tools, Make.com is often the better choice. We rarely recommend Zapier anymore — usually only for very simple workflows without high volumes.

It depends on the size. A single workflow is live after a few days, and a complete CRM setup with multiple integrations takes longer. Write us your use case and we'll give you a specific estimate — we always provide costs on request because flat rate price tags don't do justice to most projects.
Simple workflows (e.g. webhook → CRM → Slack notification) are live within a week. More complex setups with multiple tools, logic, and error handling take 2 to 6 weeks. We will give you a binding timeline after the initial consultation.
Yes, if you do it correctly. We usually host n8n on servers in Germany or the EU, with an order processing contract and complete control over your data. No US servers, no data processing in third countries without your consent.
Sure. We build the setup for you, hand it over neatly documented and train your team. If you'd rather switch back to maintenance later, you can do that at any time. You're not in a vendor lock-in.
We set up monitoring that alerts us as soon as something hangs — usually before you notice it. A response time is firmly guaranteed in the maintenance packages. For critical workflows, we also have fallback routines that cache data until the error is resolved.
400+ tools are available natively via n8n and Make.com — from HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce to lexoffice, sevDesk and DATEV to OpenAI, Claude and Anthropic. If something exotic is missing, we will directly rebuild the connection via API.
